Ole Miss and LCU Rivalry Game

The 20-year-old daughter of Ole Miss’ Head Coach Lane Kiffin, Landry Kiffin, announced the Relationship Game Week versus Rival Game Week in Mississippi as the Ole Miss Rebels and LSU Tigers are facing off on Friday, September 26 at 3:30 for the Rivalry game of the year. Landry Kiffin also revealed on Instagram her relationship with Whit Weeks, a linebacker for LSU.

Weeks is one of the top linebackers in the Southeastern Conference and is the staple of the last few years of the LSU and Ole Miss rivalry. Last year, against the Rebels, he had a total of 18 tackles, one forced fumble and an interception, three sacks, and a pass breakup in the Tigers’ 29-26 win.

According to the New York Times, Lane Kiffin took to X by replying to a fan's comment who said, "The Kiffin household must be in shambles." Lane responded to this saying, "Take the over," — referring to the total score of the game. His offense wants to run up the points on the linebackers’ defense this year. Many people are speculating this is a stunt to get into Whit's head prior to the game, but only time will tell in this rivalry.
